~For the Health and Life of the Horse~

Lily Ridge Ranch is a Family Operated Equine Facility approximately 3 miles southeast of Grunthal, MB.  It was started in May 2015 with giving Riding Lessons and has grown to include Equine First Aid and Safety Courses.  Everything that we do do at Lily Ridge Riding is with the Health and Well-Being of the Horse in mind

We do not sell or promote anything that we do not use, love and totally believe in!  All of the horses at Lily Ridge Riding are fed using an Eco Net.  This way, we can rest assured that our horses are being fed the way Nature Intended when regular grazing isn't an option.

In the past year, a lot has been accomplished.  Our goal is to continue growing to be able to promote the proper care and treatment of horses.  We are excited to see where the next year takes us!

Meet the Instructor

My name is Chelsey Westerbeek.  I live just outside the small town of Grunthal in Southeast Manitoba.  My husband and I operate a Dairy Farm as well as Lily Ridge Ranch here while raising our two little boys, Jack and Colton.  I would like to take a moment to tell you a little bit about my story.

Before I got married and moved out here, I lived in Cooks Creek, MB.  I started taking riding lessons when I was about 8 years old and grew up going to Equine 4H.  When I was 16, I bought my first horse.  Her name is Lily (and yes she is the horse behind the name).  I spent my summers as a teenager working in a couple of the local stables.  This is when I knew that I wanted Horses to be my career.

I started Lily Ridge Ranch in 2015 because horses are my passion.  They are amazing creatures that, I believe, can help and teach us more than we could ever help or teach them.  Lily Ridge Ranch has been a dream of mine for a very long time and now it is finally being pieced together! I am proud of how far we have come in the short time we have been up and running and am excited to see what the future holds for Lily Ridge Ranch as we continue to grow and add to it.

                                                                 Happy Trails!
